Hurricanes - Congratulations to all our swimmers and coaches for being #1 and returning the league trophy to the North pool! The awards party is tonight at the South pool: 5 pm - 7 pm awards 7 pm - 9 pm swimming A little change this year, but we are using the team tents for shade; however, feel free to bring your own covers too. We have extra soda and candy leftover from the season that will be sold for 0.25 cents each... first-come first-served. See you all tonight! HH

The Swim-a-Thon generated $5,700 for the Experimental Therapeutics Program with the Oncology Unit at Children's Hospital! We beat our total from last year! The top 5 Fundraisers will get an ice cream party with the coaches and the 2 swimmers who secured the most individual pledges may choose 2 movie tickets or a $15 itunes card. Top 5 - Ice Cream Party with the coaches winners: Kate Honeyfield, Will Honeyfield, Julia Grogan, Megan Atwell, and Meredith Williams Highest Number of Pledges: Kate Honeyfield and Will Honeyfield Thank you to all who participated this year and helped to contribute to such a great cause!

Photo Request: Last year I made a fun end of season slideshow for Kylie and Laura (my daughters' coaches) as a personal thank you present. It was really fun to create and I have been trying to take a lot of photos all season to do the same this year. I would LOVE any other photos that people have to put into the slideshow. I am happy to burn copies for people once it is done... it will NOT be done for the end of season party as there will be many photos from finals and from the party to integrate. Last year I gave it to them about 2 weeks after swim team and delivered copies through the neighborhood throughout the following month. Here is what I mostly need (but will take anything): Any age-group shots Parent Party photos Pep Rally photos or other events such as age group parties with coaches or pancake breakfast ( I have some ) The photo of the coaches before they went out to dinner at the parent party Also - any music recommendations for current popular songs the coaches have liked to play on the PA system. Last year syncing the music was the hardest part. People can email photos, burn on a disc or bring me a flash drive that I will pull them off and return to them. Thanks in advance!!! Nicole Miranda
